Learn from two senior Yoga Teachers
Hi we’re Ashley and Lauren, as experienced yoga teachers we understand the impact effective, well-timed hands-on assists can have on helping practitioners understand asana and connect with their bodies.
We also remember how overwhelming and scary it can feel to think about offering adjustments when you first start teaching.
That’s why we’ve this workshop for yoga teachers and practitioners - so that you can learn how and when to adjust asana confidently, safely and effectively.
Enhance your offerings to your students
Receiving an effective adjustment can enhance the whole experience of a class for your practitioners - through adjusting you’ll help students understand their body, their postural & breath direction and you’ll transmit knowledge through well-guided assistance.
Proficient adjustments can help practitioners deepen their practice, set good alignment and understand energetic movement.
This is essential as you uplevel to become a skilled yoga teacher. You’ll have more to offer in your classes and you'll develop deeper and longer-lasting relationships with your students.
Practice with a small group size & receive direct feedback
We’ll be showing you how to adjust asanas from the Ashtanga, Rocket and Vinyasa traditions. There’ll be some partner work involved as you try adjustments out on each other, and this will provide you with an opportunity to give and receive constructive feedback
Our small group size will also ensure you get also direct feedback and support from two Senior yoga teachers (us) who have lots of experience adjusting asana and working with a wide range of bodies.

Ashley and Lauren were super nice, very knowledgeable and willing to share the info with us in the best way possible. I learned a lot not only for adjusting others, but also about my own practice. I will definitely look out for the next course, if there will be one. :)

This was a very informative course and great to have the difference experiences Lauren and Ashley bring. Lauren's knowledge of trauma sensitive yoga, extensive adjustment practice during mysore, and Ashley's experience of teaching many group classes across a range of modalities meant they brought a lot of really useful experience to the training. Whether you're teaching advanced ashtanga/rocket practices or are really new to adjustments and looking to build up your confidence, I think you would gain a lot from this training. I didn't know that much about Lauren and Ashley prior to the training but I'm looking forward to keeping in touch with them and learning more from them in future. They're two very kind, approachable and super knowledgable yogis. Thank you!

Being an absolute beginner in adjustments, I was quite nervous whether I would understand the explanations / find the content super-hard to grasp, but Lauren and Ashley made the whole experience massively enjoyable and explained every step so clearly that I got all the basic knowledge I wanted - and much more! This course has really enhanced my confidence and understanding of adjustments and I can definitely recommend it to teachers and practitioners alike. Not to mention the atmosphere was really welcoming and I had a very good time 🙂

“I was really nervous before this course and a little worried that I would be out of my depth as I am not teaching regularly, but on meeting Ashley and Lauren and the others in my group I immediately felt at ease. It was a small group which I liked, and prior to coming we had been given a short questionnaire to ask what we would like to practice etc. I felt this made the course have almost a personal bespoke feel to it, and anything we had individually mentioned was definitely covered. Ashley and Lauren were both so lovely and between them they had so much experience to share each bringing something different too. I thought they worked so well together, and look forward to doing something again with them in the future. Thank-you both”
