35 min Ashtanga based practice

This video is designed for those of you with a regular Ashtanga practice, that are in need of some motivation when you're travelling or practising by yourself.

As well as the Ashtanga standing sequence I've included a few asanas that are great for reducing swelling and stiffness after long journeys.
